The Service may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and we are not responsible for any issues related to transactions. Refund policies are subject to the terms of the respective platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
MakeItBookable offers subscription plans that allow Resource Managers to create and manage resources for booking by consumers. Each active subscription permits a certain number of resources, which are available for consumers to book based on the resource manager's settings.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. The renewal occurs within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, and the associated app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) will handle the billing for the next period.
If a subscription expires and is not renewed, existing resources will remain visible along with their bookings (allocations). However, consumers will not be able to create new allocations for expired resources.
Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the respective app store. You may request a refund directly through Apple or Google Play by following their guidelines. Please note that MakeItBookable does not process refunds directly.
If a free trial period is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled.
MakeItBookable’s subscription management complies with Apple and Google Play Store policies. Users agree to these policies upon subscribing through either platform.
The MakeItBookable app offers an optional feature that allows users to synchronize availabilities and bookings with a Google Calendar.
To use this feature, the user must connect their Google account to the application and select or create a calendar in which the events generated by the app can be stored.
When establishing this connection, the user authorizes the application to access their Google Calendar through the permissions requested during the authentication process.

Users may revoke the application's access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permission settings.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
MakeItBookable reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any planned termination. Upon termination, subscriptions will be canceled effective on the termination date. Users may be eligible for refunds of any remaining subscription time in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play policies, which must be requested directly through the app store.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Service.
